He is one of the premier industry analysts for rail and shipper dynamics, rate data and rail and intermodal costs, rail competitiveness with trucking, and regulatory and operational issues in the rail and intermodal industry. Todd is a frequent speaker at Rail Shipper events as well as host of the weekly FTR Rail Market Update podcast. A Philadelphia native and diehard Philadelphia sports fan, Todd graduated Temple University with dual degrees in history and journalism. Todd has also worked as a sports reporter covering double-A baseball in New Jersey.
