She proudly took home the title of “Young Artist of the Year” at the Texas Country Music Awards in both 2023 and 2024, solidifying her status as a rising star in the industry. Additionally, Payton was recently honored at the iconic Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, TN with the prestigious Josie Award in 2024 for “Young Artist of the Year” in the Young Adult Female category. Payton has a huge heart for giving back to the community, including through non-profit organizations such as Love Heals Youth who assist children in Foster Care, and she also co-wrote a song called “Love Heals” about kids in Foster Care.
