Byron Porter is the Founder and CEO of Hum, a technology company building wireless sensors for the rail industry. Prior to starting Hum in 2019, Byron was an Engineering Superintendent at ADM and global subject matter expert for the company on railcar loading optimization and soy processing technology. Byron has a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. Byron lives in St. Louis with his wife Emma and their 3 boys.
